These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the poym.io website (the "Site") operated by Poym LLC ("Poym," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is an informational website for poym, a proximity alert hardware product currently in development. The Site allows visitors to learn about the product and sign up for launch updates via email.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site.

2. No Product Sales

The Site does not currently offer any products or services for purchase. Submitting your email address does not create a purchase agreement, reservation, or any contractual obligation on the part of Poym LLC to deliver a product.

3. Email Signup

By submitting your email address through the Site, you consent to receive product launch updates and early access notifications from Poym LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not use your email address for unrelated commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the "poym" wordmark, is the property of Poym LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "poym" is a trademark of Poym LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The proximity alert system described on this Site is the subject of a pending patent application.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Poym LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including descriptions of the product under development. Product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poym LLC and its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one dollar ($1.00).

The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including Buttondown for email management. Poym LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
